You have made assumptions based on your lack of knowledge. I found out about this incident in January of this year when Jo reported it to me in an email. It was not a criminal offense according to Jo. She felt that her children were abducted. I can sympathize with that. But if it was a criminal act, she could have reported it at the time to the local authorities. But in her defense, filing a criminal complaint may have not been in her best interests if she was attempting to secure her other children at the same time. I have the personal experience of suing for custody of my two girls with the consequence of having them kidnapped by my wife and taken out of the Unitied States and harbored in Thailand. I am preparing to publish the entire court records regarding the divorce proceedings on my site. It may be helpful for others in the same situation when suing for custody of their children still held hostage in TFI. Hopefully I will have time to publish it sometime after the Christmas Holidays.
PS- A suggestion- why don't you let Jo ask her own questions. Unless of course you have an personal motive for doing so.
