If you read my posts carefully, I have never berated anyone for not doing it "my way." I have invited some individuals to help me on certain projects, etc., but I have never been convinced that my way is correct or relevant to another individual's way. I say, "Have it your way." By the way, "my way" is in a constant state of flux, that is, I have to adjust, or change approaches continually in an effort to reach my goal. It is my goal that has not changed. My goal would, by its very nature, be different than your "goal." This does not preclude the fact that our goals may have many similarities.
