I thought his sentence/ ruling, whatever the particulars to be, anyway BS...for in the courtcase he found one thing, but in his sentence
he let them have basically their way...knowing full well, that man & his promises is not something to be very much trusted...& he should have known that as a judge or either he is very gullible, impressed by some "sheepy" appearance of the leaders.Well, it happens often in courts, that judges are fooled, I read often about it...the child would have done well with being, what was it, the grandmother, isn't it???
But I guess, the laws might be very strong about not taking kids away from their parents.
But in Germany it happens quite often for minor & really offensive (as far as righteousness for the poor parents is concerned) reasons, that kids are taken away & then in other cases, the authoryties leave kids to real monsters of parents...strange world...stink...
