Here is where the publishing of these specific emails may be valuable. But that is Jane's choice. She knows that I am willing. There will most likely never be an agreement between all the readers as to whose claims are valid or not, after reading such communications. Everyone has their own point of view. But, I believe, that is the genius behind our jury system. For example, I believe that the UK Ward case would have had a totally different outcome if it had been handled by a jury. I would love to see a jury handle TFI in the United States, be that civil or criminal.
