Achiek, I admire you for even trying to reason with JLM. I think it's a collosal waste of time. Every time I think about it, I feel energy draining from my body and an overwhelming desire to go to my "happy place," as Happy Gilmour put it.
Reasoning with JLM reminds me of what the Houston Press Reporter wrote about reasoning with Family representatives "It's like banging your head against the wall, only slightly less productive."
Just like the Family, he believes his own hype and won't admit any wrongdoing. Come to think of it, at least TF says "mistakes were made."
The guy is not going to change. He's obstinant, overbearing, and bullying. It's in his blood. Best thing is just to keep far far away from him and warn others. Otherwise, you risk becoming, as John "Mini-me" LaMattery Jr. put it once so eloquently, "collateral damage." JLM will not admit he is wrong and he will do his damnedest to grind down anyone who gets in his way.
One good thing to come out of all this online bloodletting is that most people are more or less aware of where Jim is at, so the risk of him duping exers at this point is minimal.
And if anyone cares, I agree with whoever observed that Jim has terrorized many exmembers. I feel that was a good choice of word. That's what he did, he terrorized exers of both generations.
