I never heard these two stories before. It shows just how much the ordinary members of TF were/are kept in the dark about most things.
Candy's story reveals another diabolical aspect of TF, which has been well discussed, whereby the leadership takes money that rightly belongs to the members and uses it for unethical and criminal purposes which they don't disclose to the members. Financial abuse, therefore, should be added to the list of types of abuses perpetrated by Family leadership against its members.
