And it's right on too! I think this analogy isn't necessarily for us, since most of us view Zerby, Berg and Kelly as little more than common criminals cloaked in pseudo-religious robes. But for Family members who truly believe that their leaders are divinely appointed, this is an excellent parallel. The conclusion of "command responsibility" is especially good. To paraphrase it:
"By which it appears that they, the said Bergy, Zerby and Kelly, have been and are the occasioners, authors and continuers of the said unnatural, cruel and bloody controlling religious regime and therefore guilty of all the victor camps, harsh policies, shamings, sexual abuses, emotional, physical and mental abuse, rapines, spoils, desolations, damages and mischiefs to the Family acted and committed in the said policies and practices or occasioned thereby."
