King Pooper has a very ambitious, unscrupulous & sociopathic SG lover who's waiting in the wings to knock off Queenie when the time is right. SG lover is doing a three-way with Queenie & Pooper, playing the part of the submissive handmaid while she plots her takeover of the kingdom.
Think about it. How hard would it be for an insider to give Queenie a lethal dose of rat poison? Even if people in the royal unit suspected something, they'd never go to the police. They'd just bury the bitch and move on with Pooper and his healthy young consort in charge.
There might be an autopsy if the death occurred in a developed country, but that's the key to waiting for the right time and place. I can think of a number of developing countries where a dead 60-something blind woman with bad teeth wouldn't raise any questions or result in an autopsy.
