Thanks for the way you expressed the way things were in Germany. I felt the same way about the feeling of the elephant in the room that everyone was trying to ignore. It was the same when Heaven's girl came out. We read it and then that was it. It was never read again or discussed how we could re-enact some portions of the series in our homes. Funny enough about the Davidito book as well, I don't remember anyone ever reading the portions on having oral sex with the little boys in a way that was construed that all mums should try this out. I don't know anyone who was comfortable with that. It seemed that it was only something that would happen at Bergs place.
Anyway, that's how I remember it.
