I can't remember offhand where the previous discussions are. They would be in the Archives of the GenX board & you could use the search engine to look for titles having the name 'Sam Perfilio' in them. The net result of the previous discussion was that Sam Perfilio (of Sam & Kezia), notorious rapist, would take over if Peter & Maria died, since he is now Peter's right hand man. The consensus opinion was that that would be worse for the Family than anything it has ever yet encountered.
Alternately, the Family Charter does provide succession rules. If Sam Perfilio died also then I believe the CROs and other top world leaders would get together & form a ruling clique.
