It was definitely enforced where I was especially when Keda visited. It was like being audited at work. Everything in the Letters was checked off that was being obeyed or disobeyed. It was a really big thing to be revolutionary and follow the letters to the tee. If you didn't - out you go! Romance nights? Doesn't ring a bell? There were no exemptions for kids either no matter what age they were.
