Yes, it is odd, tho a former staff member said Berg once performed oral sex on his right hand man, but so far as I know those are only rumors.
We know from an ML that he sent Maria in to have sex w/ Tim in the middle of the night & instructed Maria to leave the door open so Berg could stand outside the door & voyeuristically peek in. Berg instructed her to make loud noises so he'd know when she was coming.
