Who is this and who did he kill and what were the circumstances surrounding it? It has been hinted at and treated sort of confidential possibly due to his or to family wishes, but now that you mention the name, I am wondering if this is public record now? Perhaps more people could write and petition for a change in his sentence if more people knew about it.
I know of a man that was severely abused by his parents and I kid you not, he murdered them. I actually worked with him at a hospital. He did time in prison for it but was released after only a few years and after many people wrote petitions on his behalf. But before they did that, they knew the circumstances of his story.
