Okay, so James "doubts" that abuse happened into the nineties UNLESS it happened in secret in Mama's home. He is very certain that it didn't continue to happen in homes on the field but concedes that he can't guarantee that it didn't continue to happen in WS or Mama's home.
If that was Clair Borowick she'd be screaming the opposite, that it for SURE never happened in WS or Mama's home in the ninteties but MIGHT have happened in field homes which operate independently and misunderstand the Letters and do naughty things and have to be excommunicated as a result.
I would LIKE to believe James is really a Family member and is being this honest, but I have my doubts, sorry.
