No, dude, I did not say that you had to leave to be normal. All I am saying is that I don't buy that familiar line that "I am in the Family for the Lord, not Maria and Peter." When you leave the group it seems like there are so many ways to serve the Lord that don't involve the Family, that the only reason to be in the Family with all its special requirements and circumstances is to remain within the spiritual guidance of Maria and the management of Peter.
