Pretty darn effective.
Just to let you know, lots is being done to help Mene, but at this stage (as far as I know) she's not responding.
It is tragic, I remember my daughter telling me when the letter was read about Mene, it terrified her. (don't ask me how she got a copy of the letter, you guys always knew more about what was happening in the home then the adults)
