In fact, I've apologized over and over and they keep forgiving me. Bless them.
And yes, the hours we kept them out "busking and singing" for Jesus and denying them a proper education is a form of abuse and neglect. It was hard to give them the proper education they deserved working with the workbooks we were given and the limited time.
