Maybe the Family has not labeled you an apostate particularly or as an individual, but Zerby and Kelly are feeding that thought to the members and it is the official party line, they have issued a blanket accusation that is continually being trumpeted over at the My Conclusion site.
We are apostates. Even my brother who is willingly fighting in Iraq for the US government is labeled as an APOSTATE by the FAMILY AND BY ZARQAWI of Al Queda. Now in my book, that makes the Family fanatics in collusion with terrorists or it makes the Family unbelievably stupid.
We have left the Family and we have issues with them that they refuse to address.
So the moral question you pose could be restated as: should you persue people who are in agreement with terrorists or should you pursue people who are mentally deranged.
At MY CONCLUSION, I read wonderful and brave words and who can disagree with them? They see what they want to see, that's their privilege and free choice as members of a cult.
My brother defends people who label him as an APOSTATE and he is fighting people who label him as an APOSTATE.
Here's a question for you: If you had the chance to take care of Hitler, knowing the future, would you have done it?
