Note also Berg's approach to history that can be gleaned from that short passage. He essentially makes it up as he goes along. He provides some information about the early "civilized" Egyptians migrating to the jungle and promptly devolving into "savages" because of dances and music. His faithful followers would accept that as factual, whether it is or not. He also makes sweeping generalizations, great leaps in logic, huge assumptions and uses racial stereotypes. Berg took great pride in his grasp of history, that he was God's archeologist unearthing historical truths, but for the most part he was grasping, and teaching, falsehoods.
