That is an interesting point. I kind of wondered about that too. It could be (just guessing here) that someone from the family legal machine got in touch with them knowing they were doing a piece on the Family, or their legal machine talked to them after being contacted by them about the show, whichever came first?
I do think it would have been a good idea to blur the faces of any of the children on the tapes.
