I know the actual facts - but good that you clear it up here. Still, the huge award was totally unnecessary. Where do people think that these companies are going to recoup their losses from? How about insurance companies that have to pay out? Who pays? WE do in our insurance premiums. HELLOOOOOO! IT goes down the pike.
