The cost of getting "Call Me Moses" from the NBC archives is about $350 (last time I checked).
Following is an email I received from NBC on the subject. There's a name and phone number with email at the bottom. Perhaps they'd cut xfamily a deal. Worth a try, but the xfam editors will have to make the decision to contact NBC.

The cost of a viewing cassette is:
$150 per hour dubbing time fee includes about half an hour of footage ($150 minimum charge) viewing cassette VHS, 3/4 or Betacam with visible timecode
$200 ONE TIME service charge PER PROJECT (applicable to clean Beta SP dubbing fee)
$350 minimum total
We cannot license still photographs, sports, graphics, music videos, concerts, musicals, plays, Entertainment TV/Film clips, amateur video or any other non-NBC News material.
Royalty is based on your distribution. There is a 30-second minimum for b-roll/2-second per cut minimum.
Any use of NBC Reporter image or voice over is double the royalty ($50/second minimum), separate 30-second minimum and requires permission from the News Division. Permission takes a minimum of one week and is not guaranteed.
Any use of NBC material on a website/the internet requires special permission and is not always guaranteed. Please provide as much detail as you can about your project, the website (password protected, is any video downloadable, etc.?) the type of material you would want to make available on the website, its context, and the length of time you would want to make it available on the site.
Please provide the following project details so we may begin to process your request.
1. Working title of production
2. Distribution
3. Licensee and Billing address
4. Payment details (check or credit card - credit card strongly preferred)
5. Screening cassette format preferred (VHS, 3/4 or Betacam)
