It looks to me like the place to find Taranto's "Best of the Web" is at
opinionjournal.com, he's in fact the editor of opinionjournal.com which is a Wall Street Journal online production. They even offer a free e-mail subscription to the "Best of the Web" .
He's pretty good, for me he's a good example of communicativeness. I'm not a conservative and don't agree with him on a lot, but I can enjoy reading him because of his humor, and he doesn't get arrogant.
