I've been reading Zerby's writings and things written about her for a couple of years now with a psychological autopsy in mind, and I have to say this: Zerby doesn't leave as many obvious clues laying around the way Berg did. She's really quite inverted. (Turned outside in, rather than inside out.)

The addition of purged and sanitized MLs at Xfamily have helped tremendously. Much more information about Zerb's character and coping behavior comes out in the Arthur series than anything I've seen before. I still don't completely understand what went on with Timothy Concerned. I get the sense that he wasn't really attracted to her, and she didn't know quite how to get her hooks into him.

What would help with the ongoing autopsy of her brain & character is more information from first person observation. For example, Celeste's comments about Zerby's social isolation at the home in Portugal were helpful. I found the asperger's diagnosis interesting for the same reason. It appeared to come from someone who had an observation-based perception of her as an odd, emotionally flat personality with limited social skills.

The most revealing stuff Zerb writes is on loving Jesus, her narcissistic soul mate. Those writings are like the mirror of her twisted soul. I started reading up on what sort of people are attracted to and compatible with classic narcissists, and bingo--I came across Dr. Sam Vaknin's studies on codependent, inverted narcissism.
