Check a title to that effect on the ML library here. Yes, this is definitely the one that mentioned the IRS would get you if you left the Family.
Also there was another ML at the same time talking about DDB or something, that if you doubt & leave the price the System would exact upon accepting you back would be to make you deny & betray the Family.
