Just in case you didn't know, there are new Charter guidlines for sharing. Teens from 16 to 18 must have their parent's permission to be able to share with other teens their own age. No permission, no sharing. After 18 they have to follow the age guidelines that are still in effect. If this is not followed then they most definitely will cop the consequences. Going for the gold is fine, but with the new rules with those who get girls pregnant now having to take care of the consequenses for at least almost 2 years has I think made a lot of people think twice before they just go off and fool around just for the fun of it.
