I tried locating the HCS buildings, but the resolution is not fine enough to make them out, though I can see the sub-division where they are located. As someone pointed out, major cities have the best resolution and I can easily see my building and the cars parked out back, but when I tried to locate my mom's home in a small rural town there just wasn't enough detail. Still, this is a fascinating tool that will come in very handy for retracing the long and winding road I've been on, or for just sightseeing. Yesterday I flew just above the Colorado River as it winds its way through the Grand Canyon.
