and continuing on with that thought - if Chancellor did and does agree that there was widespread abuse and the dogmas encouraged such abuse, then where would he get the idea that these same people are exaggerting or blatantly lying? It would stand to reason then that by and large the stories being told are bona fide and in fact, if anything, there is more that is not being told due to social stigma and not wanting to relive the pain. If anything, there is not exaggeration or lying going on, but just the opposite. This whole train of thought of his is quite worrisome to me. I just hear TF talking through him and it is quite irksome to say the least.
