I knew both Bart and Eman at the ranch. They were two different people. Bart worked in security, usually as a greeter. Eman worked in Gad -- the art department/printing operations/shipping. Bart was married to Rahab, a very plump ex-biker chick. They were the foster parents of "Ne-Ne" -- Nehemiah -- Ho and Esther's little boy -- very "selah".
Eman was married to a very nice-looking girl whose name I can't remember at the moment. They separated in England, and she was later mated to Jacob Cartoon.
Hugo/Eman IS living in the Dallas area, but I don't know any specifics. I last ran into him at a wedding 4 or 5 years ago.
