It's found in the 2003 Amendments. It's under section 27, "Right of Redress", beginning on page 51 of the document. The quote you want is at the end of section 27, on page 52:
"If a Family member wishes to take another Family to the law for redress, they must step outside of Family membership for the duration of the legal action. Once the issue has been settled, those involved may reapply for Family membership."
