I went out and bought the album after the RNR. It was a 2 record set. One for old testemant and one for new testament. I full stereo. Great music and very well done in my opinion.
Like many deals the Family got into many of the specifics you are asking about have never been publicly disclosed as far as I remember.
As far as I know most of the songs were written by family members. Around the time of the Charter all family members had to give up any rights to songs that had been recorded on family recordings. This record was under a recording label, but for the most part the album was a flop, like most family recorded albums that were sold in record stores.
