I remember people around that time in Japan were classified by leadership according to their "dedication." Those deemed less dedicated were made to leave the country. Everyone else was called in from small field homes to join huge centralized school homes. This was aound the beginning of 1988. We were embarking on putting into practice the new "School Vision."
