It was called the Japan Leadership Conference.
I was there for the meetings known as the Japan Leadership Conference, as part of the staff, Gary, Ike and Josiah led the meetings, and they held two of them, pulling all field leadership in and giving them a week (or was it 2?) of humility training. They videoed everything and I believe those were sent out to the field.
This was before the Victor Camps started, before the HCS, and was just a couple months before the School Vision.
