I am glad I got out of the game of musical cults. I finally lost a chair. I am spoiled for life away from cults.
I was studying to be a Chemical dependency counselor when a person at our school was working at a rehab who were state funded. Their director MADE the employees attend EST. That really gave me the creeps. Other businesses were at the time too. He was trying to promote it in our school but thanks to my Borg experience, I was a vocal part of shooting that duck down.
Joseph, I am glad you survived EST. =) And you are right it is a destructive cult sort of experience. You don't have to have been in the family to understand CULT if you were in any other one. LIKE EST.
