That doesn't change the fact that he kidnapped your son. That doen't change the fact that he has supported a criminal organization for the past few decades.
Does leaving the Family suddenly give you a clean slate and excuse criminal action? IMO NO!
In or out...who cares...he is the same person he was a few months ago.
