You can only use it to model potential theories.
But the complexity of the human brain is not mirrored in a rat and so that which can [possibly] be demonstrated in a much less sophisticated mammal - does not automatically transfer to the human brain/ physical system.
Can't quite see how brevity and fact suggests 'wilful ignorance' and 'closed mindedness'.
