I like your answer, cause for me the emphasis is really on good decisions...but for me it was often the road of hard knocks, wrong thoughts/decisions until I knew what a good decision could be like...I was often not really ready for the harder truth & road so to speak...
So I don't know so much, that a better road opened up for me, because of my good thinking...cause first I got it pretty wrong...you know what I mean...how about calling that a bit of grace?Wish you all the best Charlie & especially that SG, who I can sympathise with...I was tired of much myself too,
really lacking the energy for things I wanted to do, physically & it only happened not too long ago, that I really got/feel stronger, although meanwhile getting older...without being at a gym-program ; ) although that can help at times ?!
