I'm going to assume you aren't the real Carol Paliwoda, since I've seen this material posted at Movingon under another nick.
Here's the problem I have with mind control conspiracy: If it's true, we're f*cked and there isn't anything we can do about it. Basically, how do you prove it? It's simply one person's explanation of reality against another's, and the scientific establishment isn't going to support "because I said so."
I try not to put too much energy into being paranoid about someone (like the government or extra-terrestial beings) climbing into my brain through a back door I don't know about. If mind control exists, how do I know I'm being controlled? Just because you say so and have some questionable documentation?
This issue is related to the idea of self-delusion, imo. The truth is, there's always a place in reality we can't see. How much of that blindness is driven and sustained by fear and ignorance is hard to tell.
So I've concluded this: You can be just as eccentric and out there are you want to be as long as 1) you don't pose a danger to self and others, 2) you don't lead a parasitic existence at the expense of taxpayers.
