My third child's name was Sasha. That is short affectionate russian form for Alexander or Alexandra. Leadership made me change it. I kept it on the birth certificate but had to add another approved name which is what I called him. On his artwork and business card he goes by Sasha now but in his personal life he is still called by the other name. One thing I can say is that two of the three had OT names, but all were common ones.
This is an example of the type of control in the group when you couldn't even name your own child if it did not set well with leadership.
