Jojo you would not probably be so quick to defend Mother Eve if you knew (as the other posters here know, and assumed that you knew) that she was guilty of kidnapping Mene Berg which is a Federal offence. Because Eve kidnapped Mene away from her legitimate mother, Shuly, who had legal custody, Mene ended up being sexually abused by Mother Eve's husband, David Berg. Mother Eve has never apologized for that criminal offense nor made ammends.
In fact, in the British court case, in which the poor victim, Mene, testified against David Berg, Eve wrote a legal statement denouncing Mene as "crazy". She also wrote another statement praising David Berg as a good father! That shows where she stands.
Another thing, in one of her early Faithy Letters, Faith said that Mother Eve suspected that she (Faith) and her father (Berg) were having sex, and that's why Eve hurried to marry Faith off to Josh. Eve did nothing to protect her daughters, Deborah and Faith from incest, and when she found out about it, she covered up. Not only covered up, but went on to praise Berg as a good father.
Mother Eve also broke up many marriages, she had what she called "Mother's Ministry of Meddling." And many can testify of the deliberate havoc she created.
For NONE of these things has Jane Berg/Mother Eve made ammends. NONE of them.
