Not at all Jo. You are one of my trusted friends. I appreciate the understanding and compassion you have. I am not very nice when it comes to talking about this subject and I cant stand people being flippant about it or trying to blame the women. I know I'm lucky to be alive after the dangerous liaisons I had thanks to the Family and my husband. I am still very angry as everyone well knows.
Also, a heartbreaking incident happened to me while I was living with Lydia and her husband and i guess I'll always associate them with it. It was not directly caused by them but they also did not do anythng to help me. One sister called Serena took pity on me and helped me. So it was nothing to do with the Family making anyone do anything just a lack of human compassion on the part of the people I was living with except for one girl.
