Remember Little Esther who was leader of Scandanavia in the early days? I heard there was a Swedish (?) brother who was unnatrually strong so to "show off" how strong he was, Esther ordered him to hold up the front of a car so it could be repaired. Totally mucked up his spine! What did she think would happen? She could've used a jack, but no, since the guy's strong enough to lift a car and hold it, make him do it.
