When we stopped tithing about 2 years ago, we were not sent any such thing. The only thing we received was an email saying they didn't think any less of us. It gave us a laugh. Any thing they can lie about they will. So if they send some paper saying something it's just like anything else they have not worth the paper it's printed on!
