Unpaid Workers at 12

(From a junior teen girl:) I feel in many Homes the junior teen guys are not expected to do as much as the girls. Most of us have had a ministry (like childcare) since we were 12, yet it seems guys of the same age are n ot expected to do much. Childcare may not be their forte, but it isn't for some of us girls either. It would help if they could pitch in more."
