It seems that Berg only used the scripture, "He that cares not for his own is worse than an infidel" when it was to his own advantage. The whole One Wife vision goes against that principle. Take it from one who was much censured for "favoring her own children," so much so that I was under pressure to not say anything when my children were harshly disciplined by others. How many apologies have I said to my kids for such things. If I only realized then what I realize now I could have saved them much trauma.
