Windy, that is very nice of him and I wish all SGs had that support. No wonder you guys are surprised at his reception. If he didn't treat most everyone else as adversaries, the reception would be different.
Nobody would dream of asking him to do all the concrete things he has for you guys, merely to recognize that we wish to be treated as people too.
The preamble to the constitution does not say "we hold these truths to be self-evident...all LaMatteries are created equal." Not even the version the FBI reads.
