I didn't have to. The fact that false accusations were leveled at me, and I have the proof in my emails of what really transpired is a little like the fact that I never had to mention any names to Claire Borowick. I merely had to be reasonably sure that the allegations were true. I asked for affidavits regarding these allegations that a third party made to be written and sent in by the direct witnesses, the first parties. Merely asking for the affidavits was enough. I hope that merely asking for Jules and Nancy to now prove their allegations against me to be backed up by the first party testimony (the actual emails between us) will be enough to have them reconsider what they've charged me with. Sometimes you don't have to go all the way, and sometimes you do. But it is well advised that if you have to go all the way, that you have substantiated your feelings and perspective as best you can, because some day some one will call you on it and you'd better be ready.
