Yes, someone--I don't know who--said below on this page that someone who is for all intents & purposes acting as a liason for the FBI & acting as a self-appointed representative for exmembers should be more sparing in their words. Everything Jim is saying is pre-trial & the Family is copying & pasting stuff, so he should watch more closely what he says.
Remember how Maria/Peter quoted some angry SGs on MovingOn after Ricky's murder-suicide, & used it as 'proof' in a Letter that exmembers either wanted to kill them or agreed with those who did by not objecting more strongly to their extreme statements.
