You are right to prosecute where abuse has happened. In doing so you are performing a public service...but the advice about their tactics should not be taken lightly. There is a responsibility that comes with blowing the whistle. Getting the indictments is not enough if abusers merely flee to other countries and continue to abuse there.
Keep schtum and get the result you want.
I am not great at quoting the bible so need some help on this ....but didnt Jesus say something about 'If the householder knew what time the thief was coming' ....
