I've often wondered about the 'criminal discipline' you mention. Someone may not have been a sexual predator but if they were in charge of a Victor's Camp & used brutal discipline, not just once when they got angry but systematically, then they too have committed crimes. I wonder at what level some of these Victor abusers can become informants & step out & document the ritualized abuse that happened, & at what level there they're so infamous that they become one of the 'accused' in any future case?
I guess that's for the victims themselves to decide. My guess is that with hundreds of affidavits out naming people & with the focus on Teen Camps, a very clear picture will emerge.
